In addition, the agency maintains several commercial contracts with community partners, such as Ethicon Endo-Surgery Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company, Supply One Inc., Southern Wine & Spirits and other businesses throughout the greater Albuquerque metropolitan area.

Kirtland Air Force Base
LifeROOTS provides custodial services and switchboard operations to the Federal Air Force Base. Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, is in southeast Albuquerque, nestled between the Sandia and Manzano mountain ranges. It is home to the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and its subordinate wings, the 498th Nuclear Systems Wing and the 377th Air Base Wing.
Pete V. Domenici Federal Courthouse
LifeROOTS provides custodial services and grounds keeping at this Albuquerque, NM federal courthouse. The Pete V. Domenici Federal Courthouse is located at 333 Lomas Avenue in the central business district of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Constructed in 1998, the building is seven stories high, comprises 257,709 rentable square feet and houses over 200 federal employees.
City and Water Authority
LifeROOTS provides custodial services for the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority. This consists of three (3) locations, within the city which also includes the Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Plant, Customer Service, Administrative building, Water Quality Lab, and their Training (IT and classroom) buildings. They employ over 500 people and are a 24/7 operation including holidays.
LifeROOTS provides janitorial service for six (6) Albuquerque Police Department Substations, the Police Academy, and the Metropolitan Crime Laboratory. We also provide services to other City sites, such as the Regional Transportation building, Open Space building, Montessa Lab which consists of 3 buildings., Pino Yards, which is also 3 buildings, and Casa San Ysidro Museum in Corrales.
